i got bumps on my toes with pus in them, what is it?

they have watery yellowish pus. they're tiny. and i have them all over my rough part of my toes. and i got them on my fingers now but they're on the inside and theres like a jillion in a patch. i have some on the outer part of my fingers and they have pus too.
