I AM HEPTITIS B NEGATIVE . DOES THAT IMPLY I COULD BE HIV NEGATIVE?

No, HIV needs to be tested separately as it is an altogether different virus. Hepatitis C also requires a separate test, unless you were told you are B & C negative. Good Luck!
