I am 40+ years old and a male - I have a high count of hemoglobin of 17. Is it okay or bad ? I am also a diabetic?

Posted by Uday S.

I am suffering with high BP just now under control.  I do take my tablets for diabetes too.  My cholestrol level is a little on the higher side too.

I have just done my sonography and the report is

Grade 1 fatty liver with non specific calcification in the right lobe of liver

Kidney and gall bladder okay

Prostrate gland slightly enlarged

Mild fluid filled are noted in lower abdomen

Infective etiology may be considered.

Can you kindly guide my on my report please.

Thank you and regards

Uday Shetty
