how can i get rid of planters warts on my foot?

i have a planter wart on the ball of my foot on top of the joint below my big toe and it is shooting pains in my foot to the point i can't sleep so how can i get rid of it.  I've had it frozen and cut out by a padiotrist but now it's back in for another round this time I would like to try getting rid of it homeopathically
