High Alpha Fetoprotein score ?

My test report came back with an Alpha fetoprotein score of 8.6H. I have liver cirrhosis and my doctor is not concern about the result. Should I be concerned ?

The test results has a remark of Abnormal - May need further action.

What should I do next ? More tests ?
