hi, i have a cyst or lump growing near anus and is painful. i have no idea what is it. any idea or advice pls?

only notice it 2 days back. it started small and sore but realised that is growing bigger and painful. initially i thought it was pimple. but i have a bad feeling about it and dont dare to see a doctor. what should i do?
