Learn how to take your fitness services on the road and increase your profits! http://www.the-invisible-gym.com/mobile-fitness-professionals.html
My name is Machelle Lee and along with my business partner, and husband, Ryan Andrews we own a mobile fitness company called, The Invisible Gym. www.the-invisible-gym.com
We’ve had the pleasure of watching our business grow over the past 8 years and now feel it is time to share our tips and experiences with other fitness professionals who are interested in pursing mobile fitness training as a business option. Our frustration with the lack of resources in the fitness industry led the 2 of us to start presenting at Health and Fitness Conferences and we created The Mobile Fitness Trainers Guide To Business Success! It is our hope that mobile fitness training will become an integral part of the fitness industry!
We've compiled a 123-page resource manual called the Mobile Fitness Trainers Guide to Business Success. This manual is full of tips and strategies with proven results. It also has ready made business forms and operations! This is the only business resource on the planet specifically for the Mobile Trainer! http://www.the-invisible-gym.com/mobile-fitness-professionals.html
The Mobile Fitness Trainers Guide To Business Success Includes Topics Such As:
How Mobile Training Differs From “Gym” Training Writing a Business Plan Creating Your Business Identity Finding A Specialty Area (Niche) Researching and Developing your ideas Choosing Your Business Legal Structure Financial Planning Marketing The Mobile Fitness Business Selling Your Mobile Fitness Training Services Staffing The Mobile Fitness Business Risk Management Self Care 25 Step Business Start Up Checklist Operations/Forms Checklist 12 Month Marketing Plan How to create a 30 Second Commercial Role Playing Practice For Phone Inquiries Sample Survey Questions to ask your potential target market Mobile Training Scenarios S.W.O.T. Analysis and Competitor Analysis forms Business card samples Assessment forms Business policies and procedures Client contact forms Sample billing statements Sample service invoices Late payment reminders Health history and release of liability forms Dr’s clearance letters Sample food journals Readiness for change questionnaire Lifestyle goals and behavior change worksheet Trainer timesheets Trainer policies and procedures Healthy recipes Outdoor fitness classes programming Sample print marketing campaigns and promotions Fitness images Direct mailing postcard samples Health and wellness handouts Sample press releases and much much more!
We believe that mobile fitness training is a very important piece of the fitness industry because it has the ability to reach the population of people who will never join a gym or visit a studio,….and believe us when we say that it is a very large population. In fact, only about 14% of the U.S. population belongs to a gym or health club. That means that 86% of the U.S. population is not in the gym!
Additionally, Mobile Fitness Training is an easy business to get started - It doesn't require a lot of up-front money and it doesn’t require a lot of overhead to maintain. What it does require is a Trainer who truly wants to help those who need physical activity the most. One great benefit is that because of the low overhead, more of the training fee will stay where it's supposed to........in your pocket! If you really want to make your mark in the world of fitness and help people in the process, it's time to step out of your 4-walled facility and take your knowledge, skills and motivation to those who really need it.

Keep a pair of sunglasses handy, the future of mobile fitness training looks bright!
