hello my right testis is slightly bigger than left one n its paining during ejaculation

It's normal when one testicle will hang lower and one will be slighly bigger not a whole lot bigger but slighly.


If you have one huge testicle or one noticabley small one then I would have it checked out.

Varicocele or Hydrocele (Hydrocile) disease
The most common cause of such enlargement is hydrocele, or collection of water around the testis.  If it indeed is hydrocele, the treatment is surgical.

Another is Varicocele. This occurs when the veins at the top of the scrotum get bigger. 
Varicocele is most common on the left-hand side of the scrotum, due to the arrangement of the veins on that side. 

Paining during ejaculation symptoms are of  Prostatitis infectionenlarged prostate gland (BPH)STDUTI or other condition. 

 
You need to see a Urologist for proper examination and appropriate investigations.
