Education Secretary Arne Duncan will highlight the need to fix No Child Left Behind during his testimony before the full House Education and Workforce Committee on Wednesday, March 9, at 2 p.m. The hearing, “The Budget and Policy Proposals of the U.S. Department of Education,” will be held in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
