I have had leg swelling in my legs for the last two months which my doctor has said is edema. I searching for a cause I have had all kinds of ultra-sound tests on legs, abdomin and heart. I have alos had heart x-rays and have seen a cardiologist. I have also had countless numbers of blood tests. All have turned up negative with the exception of the pelvic ultra-sound which says I have an inguinal hernia.
Please help, my leg joints, feet and legs hurt constantly. I will be seeing a surgeon for the hernia. I really need to know if it is possible that the hernia is causing the leg edema.
