Russlynn Ali, assistant secretary for the Office for Civil Rights will discuss guidance that her office issued last October on the topic of bullying prevention in education. In a speech to the American Association of State Colleges and Universities' Communications Conference for Senior Public Relations and Marketing Professionals, Ali will discuss OCR's critical work to ensure that all students have the equal opportunity to learn and study in a safe environment. About 50-60 senior communication professionals from colleges and universities are expected.
