burning sensation only arnd upper lips and chin..

Hi,I have been having this burning sensation around upper lips,chin area and lower cheks for the past few days,with no other symptoms..I have not changed any cosmetic neither am I allergic to anything.I fail to understand what could be the cause..If you could please help me..thanks
