Burning and painful sensation on my toes of left foot only.. especially at night while sleeping

This burning and painful sensation only happens at night while sleeping and only on left foot.  It's concentrated mainly on my toes.

I'm on many medications, such as..Lipitor 10 mg, coumadin, plavix, coreg, altace, flomax, digoxin, hdtz & spironolactone.

Could this be a side effect of these medications?
