I was just wonedering if anyone out there has any basic general information I ccould share about bilaterla paramedian thalamic strokes and their rates of recovery. I am aware that this is a very rare type of stroke and there is not that much information out there about it. but if someone could please help me and give me some information I would grreatly appreciate it.
