Symptoms of Globus pharyngeus:Persistent sensation of a lump in the throat that leads to frequent hemming to clear one's throat, this usually ocurs with swallowing the saliva.This sensation is absent during swallowing of food or fluids. There is neither difficulty nor pain on swallowing.
Causes of Globus pharyngeus:- Can be attributed to stress.
- Mucosal ulcer or irritation by previous mechanical trauma.
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.

3. Trial of antidepressants.
