I am 39 years old I have chronic asthma and chronic copd I am on home Oxygen between 4-8 liters of oxygen continuous just to breathe which I can't on my own.
I have to breathe oxygen by mask but i find it a little scary how can I overcome this the doctor says I need the mask to get more oxygen in my lungs...
