My body will be functioning normally and then suddenly my hands start to itch so badly that its almost as if they're burning. They swell a bit and are very red and warm and slightly sweaty. Sometimes my feet get a bit hot as well but they don't usually itch.
I'm not really allergic to anything and this seems to happen the most when I'm just laying in bed.
It will last for sometimes up to an hour and then all symptoms vanish.
