Thanks to Maria Palma

Posted Sep 14 2008 5:27pm

I am starting a regular feature on this blog - called attitude of gratitude. I will add posts in this category about folks that I would like to express appreciation and gratitude for. I believe that it is very important to express our gratitude to those who help us as we make our way on our journey. Sometimes we feel the appreciation and fail to express it - this category will be for me to express my gratitude.

For my first official post in this category, I would like to say thanks to Maria Palma. Maria has several blogs, including two blogs that I read regularly- The Good Life and Customers Are Always.

At The Good Life Maria states that she is "Helping to create a beautiful world, one person at a time..." Maria has been writing at this blog since Dec 2004 - there is plenty of good content to check out. Here you will find a source of inspiration and motivation to create the life you desire. For example, today Maria wrote about her thoughts on accomplishing goals:

Just take one step at a time and by the time you know it, you will have accomplished your goal! All you have to do is just take that first step and that will start the ball rolling. Keep taking the steps and eventually the momentum will take you to your goal...

Customer's Are Always is a great place to join the conversation about providing great customer service. Maria offers her expert opinion and insightful perspective on the ins and outs of providing excellent customer service. Customers Are Always was featured in Fast Company as one of the Best Blogs when it comes to customer service. Today, Maria wrote about Empathy, learning about customers and being their friend:

My experience has shown me that the customers that like to talk will come back to you over and over again if you just listen to them.

To sum up, I am grateful to have found Maria's blogs - and to connect with her in the blogosphere - it is so nice to find like-minded people like Maria. Reading her blogs enriches my life - so thank you Maria!
