New year’s resolutions..in september

To me, September has always been the beginning of the new year. Between the changing season into crisp, cool, refreshing air and my birthday being here , it seems like a time to reflect and recommit to areas of growth.
As most of you know,,, my birthday is in a few short days. I had set lots of intentions back in May.. some I stuck with (meditation every day) Some I modified (yoga from 6 days down to 3 or 4) Some didn’t last at all (Consistent clean eating,, no gossip etc).
All in all, I feel good. The meditation has really helped with patience and anxiety. I feel more grounded and ready to tackle another year. I feel like the time has come to make a few dreams come true. One of these dreams in becoming a Yoga teacher. I have NO idea why I feel this constant tug as I HATE being the center of attention.. yet there it is .. whispering in my ear.. “do it, she is, so can you” . I feel this has to be one of my goals before I hit 45.
Another goal is for this blog. I pretty much took the summer off and am ready to come back. I will not put the pressure on myself to write daily, but definitely a few times a month. I will share my adventures, recipes , other inspiring blogs I find, and any thing else I can think of!
It feels good to be back and I hope I will hear from some of you if you are still tuning in!
