 3 small fatty tumors on the lower back could be due to pain at right testical.

weal errection. or you can say dead. i may have experienced or taken some infection back in 1985 unsafe sex. hardness of the peanuts diaappeard since then

tinnitus, suffered vertigo dizziness for 14 years,

 back pain due to work injury back right side shoulder and lower back pain accross,

 foot pain upon rising in the morning some imes get better some times pain never goes away.

 fatty small tumors increased in size over 20 years.

 recently took cipro with tindazole causes sever lever pain stop taking it after 4 days. and flucanozole ( % tabs) 

 sugar is my major problem.

 i was having hard errection from taking bioflavonoids to alter the ear pressue it fixed my testical pressure made it good.

 now the bioflavonoids don't work because of sugar and pain below lower testical.

colon scoopy reval there was a problem at 2 spots near testicals.

 right side ear temples are painful.

 

in child hood the cow hit my head with her leg.

to awake my family gynacologist recomended place ice on the head. which don't remember. it was 45 years ago.

I have not done the more lab work was ordered bythe urologist 8 Months ago. i forgot what was ordered. ellopathic tratment doesnot cure problems. eith homeopathic or ayurvedic treatment works.

Most likely it's just muscular pain - but have you seen your doctor?  In some cases there are other internal problems that can cause back or shoulder pain, depending on what side it's on and what area of the back it is, so it's important that you get a physical exam from your doctor, to rule out other more serious, non-muscular causes of back and shoulder pain.
