My Review of Living Liberation
Are you stressed out day to day wondering if you will be employed tomorrow? If you’ll be able to pay the mortgage and monthly bills on time? How you will be able to improve your relationship with your spouse, parent, sibling, or child? When you will meet that significant other that you will share the rest of your life with?
If you can identify with any of these questions or concerns or any others even remotely related, you should take a look at Living Liberation.
Living Liberation is a 7 week online meditation course written by Ray Baskerville. The meditation course includes 7 weekly courses in pdf format and in audio format. (I especially liked the audio format mp3s because I could listen to them in the car and at the gym). It also includes a guided meditation mp3 and bonus meditation guide.
I found the meditation course to be an absolutely wonderful project and incredibly insightful. The author managed to explain spirituality and meditation in an easy to understand manner while at the same time giving guided meditation instructions, and a workbook to help you realize just how many changes occur in yourself and your perception of life as you meditate throughout those 7 weeks (remember even 5 minutes of meditation a day can and will make a positive change in your life.)
In my opinion, it’s a very useful tool for anyone who is interested in introspection, really getting to know who they are at a much deeper level than they’ve known, being comfortable with whom they are, accepting the good and not so good parts of themselves, and finding contentment and peace in their daily life.
It’s also a really great tool for anyone considering a life or career change but not sure of how to go about it or where to even start. Meditating is the very first step to getting to know who you are, your strengths and weaknesses, and what you want out of life. Hence, being a great start off point to any change in your and your family’s life.
Price- The 7 week meditation course costs $77 so it basically comes out to 11 bucks a week (cheaper than even yoga classes). So, it’s priced right… and it’s got a 100% money back guarantee.
We are living times where we don’t know what the next day will bring. We are in the middle of layoffs, skyrocketing amounts of unemployment, foreclosures, and bankruptcies… and have no idea when the economy will improve. At the same time, some of us are feeling depressed, lonely, frustrated, and in despair. It’s very easy to see how people can feel utterly confused and helpless at these times.
Yet, we’ve got to remember that though we may sometimes forget, in life we all have the power of making choices. We can sit and ruminate over and over in our heads about the current state of the economy, the stress in our jobs, our family situations, etc or we can actually start to live our lives fully and completely with no hesitation or worry. As the saying goes, “there’s no use in crying over spilled milk.”
In conclusion, if you are interested in starting to learn about or continuing to learn about meditation, spirituality, and yourself, check out Living Liberation.
