You know how it is to be around people and feel really good in their presence? It' s in the way they talk, listen, stand with calm confidence, and radiate "Everything is alright." I like to be near them and I do my best to be one of them. Most of the time, it works. And sometimes, not so much. What makes the difference?

When I put these in place, everything flows much more easily. It helps me give more, engage more, feel good, and just be able to be present with whatever is going on, sans resistance. And that resistance, oh boy, is it a drama creator or what?!
