I was born in Victoria, Australia, though have lived in Queensland for most of my life.. in the warm sunshine near the beach. I'm now based in Melbourne, where I model and enjoy city life.

I have been gathering experience and working in the modeling industry for about 4 years. It started when I was in Fashion college in Australia, and a tug of war between modeling work and my TAFE work was at play throughout my two year course.
The modeling industry is a tough one, though I really have a passion for it – probably stemmed from the fact that I always love a challenge. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some very successful and inspiring people in the UK, and Australia.
I’d love for my blog to reach aspiring models, to share the knowledge I have acquired in my years in the industry, and of books to help them on their path to a successful career. Also, I want to help spread the word on issues and updates in the Fashion industry as a whole. I'm living proof, it's possible to achieve a model's physique while only focusing on optimal health using a raw vegan living lifestyle. In 6 months of eating more and more balanced raw and exercising I lost 12kgs, and 7inches off my hips alone.

I’ve always been very close to my family, especially my mum. I am extremely fortunate to have a mother whom for my whole life has been (and continues to be) a gourmet cook in everything she makes. She inspired me to get creative in the kitchen. Her passion for good food has rubbed off in a big way, and I feel I now go one step further than her at times – though I could never be better than her. My direction sometimes differs, as I now focus on extremely healthy gourmet dishes. For myself I now eat High Raw Vegan, though love preparing beautiful gourmet recipes I may not necessarily eat, just to see the people I care about enjoy them.

I moved to London in October 2008, to really focus on a modeling career, find myself, and have a European adventure. Had the time of my life! Met some amazing and successful people, created great memories and a quality model portfolio, and made lasting friendships with people that are now very close to my heart. I struggled through the Recession in the UK, and lived there for over a year - got the travel bug. While in London, some of the great people I was introduced to were very much into all things Health, Wellbeing, and Personal Development. It was all these combined that got me interested in eating things most humans have never heard of, different diets (in the way of it being a lifestyle instead of a short-term focus), and the laws of the Universe, spiritual path, and the state of the Earth. A Raw Vegan lifestyle is a major one that caught my interest over in London, as well as the vast knowledge found in Don Tolman’s FDR books - These are a MUST read, though you will find bits and pieces in my blog referenced to him and many others. I also can't recommend enough doing both the Breakthrough Experience, and the Prophecy Experience with Dr John Demartini.

Since returning back to Australia, I am now very fitness orientated and focused on implementing a healthy, living diet. I’ve adopted a vegan way of eating, of about 75-95% Raw food (I still love cooking), and have become a huge fan of the Green Smoothie Revolution. The only sugar I consume is what is contained in fruit (which I monitor my intake of), or a very minor amount of natural sweeteners on occasion. I don’t eat carbohydrates often at all. One thing I would not cut out of my diet though, is a glass of wine with dinner, my one toxicity.. I LOVE wine. I now exercise 5 days a week, which I feel, teamed with a super nutritious, balanced eating lifestyle is the way to healthily lose weight and keep it off.. AND at the same time, maintain an optimum functioning body (inside & out) and mind.

I stress to you the importance of an open mind, and regular yoga practice. Believe that everything and anything in life has two opposing sides creating Universal BALANCE, and believing in yourself - anything is possible.
