I'm just a girl from a small Missouri town trying to make the best of what I've been given in life. I suffer from fibromyalgia and depression. I'm working on getting a handle on both of these things. I have deteriorating muscles and nerve problems. Medication doesn't help. I'm hoping lifestyle changes will. I'm a negative person who needs all the motivation I can get. I get discouraged easily.
