The New England Electricity Restructuring Roundtable pleased to announce that U.S. EPA Assistant Administrator Gina McCarthy will provide the keynote address about what can be expected from U.S. climate, air, and energy policy in the second Obama Administration and what this might mean for New England. As the former commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, and having held several high-level environmental positions with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Gina is well-versed in New England climate, air, and energy issues.
Following will be a panel, "Bracing for Storms in New England."
