1 cup of Epsom salt
A few drops of detox essential oil
Hot water
Start by dry brushing your skin to begin the detoxification process, or rub your skin with your favorite natural body scrub. Next, plunge yourself in a hot bath in which you added Epsom salt. Soak in there for 20 to 30 minutes.
As you will lose quite a lot of fluids through the sweating process, always drink plenty of pure water during or after this bath.
Note: Please consult your health practitioner first before taking an Epsom salt bath if you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney problems, as it may be counter indicated for those conditions. While hot water will promote sweat, hot baths can make you dizzy and can be drying for your skin, so always use comfortably warm water, not too hot.
