I love these yogini sandals.
They keep me in alignment while I’m wearing them and I simply fee more alive if that makes sense.
Plus my posture and form in my own yoga practice has improved since wearing these as well.
I’ve been wearing mine pretty much all the time (other than when I’m running or when barefoot).
I can’t get enough of them.

They suggest, wearing your Five Toe Sandals a couple hours a day for the first week to allow your toes and feet time to adjust to the feeling of the four posts. Your toes are used to be smooshed together and now, thanks to Five Toe Sandals, they get to stretch and wiggle.
The only slight issue I had was with the strap rubbing wear on the inside/top of my foot but that could be because I have wide feet.
Other than that, these yoga sandals are excellent.
