I used it for the last two weeks or so and saw some slight improvement in my abs.
I of course used it at full force from the get go…
I have a high tolerance for not being able to feel things and for pain…remember the self inflicted frost bite incident I had in December right?
So, while I started at the max level of 150 for 40 minutes every day, I’d suggest you follow the directions/plan in the instruction manual which has different levels to start off and work your way up to higher levels.
Another FYI: if you use it, make sure to position it properly or you can feel weirdness in hip or leg depending on where it’s placed…which is usually because its over a bone (a few times I had it down on my hip bone which now doesn’t have as much blubber over it so I got a few shooting pangs before I decided to reposition and start over! like I said before…high tolerance)
Do I think it works…yep, I actually do.
Do I think my 6 pack will start showing…eventually but I’ll also be doing other ab work and paying more attention to what I eat as well.
Will I lose belly fat…no, not just by using this.
