Welcome to a yummy dessert post! It's healthy of course, so no worries. Eat To Liv e specifies only 1 oz. of nuts per day and minimal oil, so I made these small, but big enough to be satisfying. I also used flax seeds as part of the mix, and 1 T a day is recommended on ETL, so yay!
Basic recipe (play with these amounts till you like the taste and texture)
1 cup of any nuts/seeds ( I used almonds, chia, flax, and sunflower seeds)
1 cup of dates
splash of vanilla
1/4-1/8 c of raw cacao
1/8 c of cacao nibs
1-2 T coconut oil
Process it all up and press into ice cube trays. Freeze, pop out, eat!!!
