One Plastic Container at a Time - Make Your Own Salad Dressing

I wish my grocery store carried more eco-friendly products. When I push my grocery cart down those walls o’plastic it is disheartening. Many products that were in glass 5-10 years ago are now in plastic. I have to shop by tapping my fingernails on the catsup, mayonaisse, salad dressing to see if the container is glass or plastic. Let’s bring those walls o’plastic down - one product at a time. An easy thing to make and put in a glass container is your own salad dressing. I have discovered that whiskey bottles make great salad dressing bottles. They come in interesting shapes and good whiskeys have a cork stopper. PLUS, you have a new excuse to buy and drink a good whiskey.
Try this easy and tasty homemade recipe.

Shake all ingredients together in a jar. It makes about 1/2 cup. I use this recipe all the time. It’s really easy.
