My limited research on SOY bean products and there historical use has led me to some big questions. How about you?

Historically in China and Japan only cultured products such as tofu tamari tempeh etc have been eaten.  No other soy products where eaten as the soy bean was known to be generally an unheathy food and would lead to multiple health problems over time.  And quicker in some more sensitive people. Please do reseach on soy and Canola and derived products and let us get these products out of health food stores and all human diets eventually.  This is much more serious problem then you may think.
