Incentive.
Reason.
Stimulation.

You have to be motivated to act on inspiration.
You can want something, but you need to be motivated to achieve it!


I want to get back into power lifting.
In order to achieve that, I need to get in the gym.work out.train.hard.heavy.
Sitting here wanting it, isn’t going to make.it.happen.

I want to run a half marathon.
I need to run.and.keep.running.
Sitting on my butt won’t make.it.happen.

I need to lose 20 pounds.
I need to eat.right.and.workout.
Being inactive and eating crap won’t make.it.happen.

Why do I want to do these things?
To.prove.I.can.
To.prove.to.the.naysayers.that.I.can.
To.be.healthier.
To.be.stronger.
Because.I.can.
