Lighten up and laugh.

Laughter releases tension, stress, anxiety, depression, irritation, anger and grief. Laughing releases bottled up emotions and pent up feelings. Laughter releases endorphins which help reduce pain. Laugh every day, and you’ll feel better…physically and mentally.
