The Conservation Law Foundation, in partnership with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, published Land-based Wind Energy: A Guide to Understanding the Issues and Making Informed Decisions (PDF 1.6 MB) . The guide is intended as a tool for decision-makers and community members to enhance their understanding of the questions surrounding wind development and to provide resources on how communities can collaboratively evaluate the potential for utility-scale, land-based wind energy. It is tailored to a Massachusetts audience, but most of the information is relevant to many other locations.
