Are you looking for some support to cut out some unhealthy habits? Please join us for our spring detox/cleanse. We are going to stop eating foods containing sugar and wheat. If you have another food you suspect may be a problem for you, such as dairy, then eliminate that too!
If you would like to go further than just cutting out sugar and wheat, acidic, inflammatory coffee is another vice to consider eliminating. One cup a day is probably not going to kill you, but green or white tea (both of which are full of antioxidants) are great substitutes. Herbal tea is another choice.
