I pressed the mixture into a small rectangular Pyrex dish and put it in the freezer to firm up. Here's a square of the finished product: Thoughts: could be firmer, but it was super tasty! Score! I can't wait to experiment with more flavors. And in other news.... yay ! |

It's a first attempt, but I am pretty pleased! I started by soaking some dates in warm water to soften them up.
