Ahhh yeah.
I'm having a self-imposed week with no drinking. I'm not a big drinker anyway, but I do love my wine. Taking a week off to clean out the system. I'm gonna take a break from sugar again as well. Watch out friends...cuz it might get ugly before it gets pretty!
On the plus side, a clean week will prolly do wonders for Operation Abs !!
