Back to School Week: Choosing a School

Can you guess which school is number one? Summer vacation is winding down, which means it's time to prepare for new teachers, new classes, and new friends. This week, we're providing green tips for going back to school.

Tip #4: Know Your School's Score

Contemplating college? Check out Sierra magazine's list of America's greenest schools  to find out which universities made the grade in terms of environmental responsibility. If you're already enrolled at an institution that doesn't quite measure up, join forces with the Sierra Student Coalition and encourage your campus to adopt sustainable practices.
