You don’t drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
When you screw up do you beat yourself up?
When you overeat do you keep on going? figuring that you’ve already blown it so you have nothing to lose now?
If you do…STOP it!
You only drown if you stay in water (or guilt or food)
Pick yourself up
Dry yourself off
(release any feelings of shame, guilt, frustration, disappointment, etc.)
and get back on track!
It’s a new day,
don’t let what you did yesterday keep you down today!
