Adventure Cleanse Tune-Up Days 1&2

I am giving Crazy Sexy Life'sAdventure Cleanse Tune-up a try! It's a 28 day self-guided program to sort of get out the gunk and start really feeling awesome all day, every day. Perfect!

Yesterday was Day 1. I started the Food & Lifestyle journal yesterday. I wasn't super excited about how my day looked on paper, so I jumped out of bed (it was nightime, but not too late) and took a brisk bike ride around the neighborhood. I drank a fresh green juice and did a little dry brush. I felt about 100 times better than I had all day!

Today was Day 2. I started the day with raw buckwheat cereal and fruit. I experimented with greener juice (bok choy, zucchini, apple, carrot, lemon, and ginger). I got my exercise in a 1 hour bellydance class- fun!

My downfall both days has been those *bleeping* holiday drinks at the Starbucks! I have got to break my sugary coffee habit!
