I am 40 something professional with a diagnosis of asthma, obstructive airway disease since May 2005. Life is pretty good until a cold comes along.

Although controlled most times, have acute periods  with URI, and currently in spring- in Bronchospasm and under Asthma Dr. care. Have questions on triggers and prevention and help in feeling better.  Do breathing techniques help you? My blog is not about asthma; is about travel, recipes, a few comedians-Italian- Toto, Red Skelton, Lucile Ball, and a poem or two.
