Hello dear friends,
I started this blog in order to share with you my knowledge about having a healthy lifestyle. I changed my vision of life a year ago, and since then I am in a permanent improvement. I started eating correctly and I became a more athletic person (I still struggle with this because I am an inborn couch potato). I learned how to treat my body right and so my body helps me in return.
Firstly you must know that I don’t fit in any eating-related categories like vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan and so on. I just eat what I consider to be healthy. I eat lots of fruits and veggies, preferably raw and when needed to be cooked I steam them so most of their vitamins and minerals will remain intact. I rarely eat fish and seafood but I don’t eat other animals, no chicken, turkey, pork or beef. I also don’t eat dairy products, milk is forbidden (I will explain you why in the following posts).
It is amazing how certain moments in someone’s life can turn them in totally different persons. For me it was a drastic change from being a carnivore to not eating meat. I used to eat meat almost twice a day and now I barely eat a fish or two once a month. My body changed along with me. Most of the extra pounds disappeared in the first month and they continue to do so.
My advice to you... just try it! Try eating healthy for just one month and you will see that food starts to taste differently...better! Your body will be full of energy and you will feel like a totally different person!
