I am a holistic health counselor and i work with people desiring to bring positive changes into their life that will impact their health and happiness for the positive. I am also a mom of four grown children. I have a desire to help younger moms learn about ways to feed their children healthy snacks and meals that will help to keep their children's immune systems strong.
