Let's do it!

Hey team! We have a little group of three that I know is going to grow. But, I am so glad to have this team starting. We are going to do great. Let's share about when we do get off track or fall down with our workouts or eating. It happens. Let's be honest about it and help each other get back up when we do fall down.

My biggest weakness is eating. I will often screw up by eating too much or by eating dessert too often. I need you support, and I want to support you also, in the areas you need it most. Please share.

When we do fall off track, probably one of the worst things we can do is beat ourselves up (emotionally). Things happen, but if we don't get too down about them, we are more likely to stay on track.
AT least I have not gained any wt. even if I do eat more chocolate then I should. So if we stay on our schedule of working out, we can still lose wt. I know since I have been working out consistently my craving for sweets have not be so intense.
