I teach "Fat Nutrition & Current Health Concerns" at Stanford, in the Human Biology Program, and I teach courses on Health and Nutrition at Foothill College. Through my business, Gerda Endemann Nutrition Education, I give seminars and workshops, and provide individual consultations on nutrition-related health concerns. I specialize in lowering blood cholesterol and optimizing energy level.
