Is there a normal life for people with tetrasomy 18p?

My niece was recently diagnosed with a rare condition called Tetrasomy 18p. Since there are very articles on the condition, I would like to ask if you have any additional information. Everything that I have read basically identifies the symptoms and support groups, but they all failed to give a prognosis of quality of life. Please help.
