In my 3 missed abortions fetal pole was missing. Now I am 6.2 weeks pregnant and again fetal pole is missing.

Kariotyping of last product of conception reveled trisomy 16. Mine and my partner's kariotyping was normal.

I have a retroverted uterus.

What further steps shall I perform to Identify the abnormility?
