If you are pos for prothrombin/factor 2 mutation should you be tested for other clottting factors. What is your choice for birth

My husband age 44 had a stroke and we discovered he was posotive for G20210A. He is negative for factor 5 leiden/protien s/protien c. They believe the G20210A had nothing to do with his stoke it was belived to be caused by a viral infection that attacked his heart  causing damage  to the heart which went into some type of funky arryhthmia. We have had our children tested just for the G20210A and my daughter who is 18 was pos.
