How do we go about having another baby, when my husband has been diagnosed with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome (PJS)?

Is there a way to do in-vitro fertilization, doing the genetic testing prior to implanting the embryos? I have read the embryos must be implanted within 72 hours - I believe the PJS genetic testing takes weeks...is there a way around this?
