Will an untreated ear and sinus infection result in nasal drainage that smells like that which comes with a sinus infection?

I had an ear infection and a sinus infection about a year ago which went untreated as a result of an absence of health insurance. I developed a pretty bad foot odor at about the same time which i haven't been able to get rid of and my normal nasal drainage has the smell that comes with a sinus infection. Is this all related and will an average regimen of amoxycillin take care of it?
